Aluminum alloy is one of the commonly used materials of bridge frame, and its surface protection process is generally anodized.

More knowledge points are as follows, from the network arrangement. 
1. Cable tray with different specifications in the same structure, for example, cable tray 100*100mm is more expensive than 100*50mm, and 100*100mm is cheaper than 200*100mm. 
When the total length of the trays and ladders of the cable tray is not more than 30 meters, at least 2 places are connected with the grounding protection conductor. 
When the total length of the cable tray is more than 30 meters, a connection point should be added every 20 meters to 30 meters, and the starting point and end point of the line should be reliably grounded. 
2. The force accessories such as connecting pieces and nails of aluminum alloy cable tray should match the strength of the corresponding bridge tray. The ratio of the maximum deflection to its length of the wall supporting arm of aluminum alloy cable tray under rated load should not be greater than 1max 100. 
If the anodized film of aluminum alloy cable tray has a good appearance and no obvious change in gloss color, it can be rated as first-class quality. 
If the surface color of the powder coating of aluminum alloy cable tray has obvious bubbles or the bottom metal has fine rust spots, it is rated as the fourth grade quality. 
3. The following hazards should be avoided during the installation of surface protective cable tray: mechanical damage, mechanical vibration, corrosive liquid, ultraviolet radiation, thermal radiation and so on. 
The overall protection grade of the cable tray shall comply with the IP30 grade in GB4208-2008. 
The surface protection treatment of cable tray accessories such as connecting plates should be consistent with the protection requirements of the main structure of the bridge, and the surface protection treatment of supporting supports and hangers should be determined according to the specific technical requirements of the project. 
4. The national standard of aluminum alloy cable tray is "Technical Specification of CECS 106 2000 Aluminum Alloy Cable Tray" (abbreviated as 2000 national standard) and "NB/T 10292-2019 aluminum alloy cable tray" (abbreviated as 2019 national standard). 
The national standard of aluminum alloy cable tray 2000 includes the calculation method of strength and stability of aluminum alloy bridge structure, uniformly distributed load and conductivity experiment. 
The national standard of aluminum alloy cable tray 2019 includes the number of ex-factory inspection samples, the decision array and the unqualified classification of type inspection. 
5. Thickness standard aluminum alloy cable tray 2013 industry standard stipulates that when the bridge width is less than or equal to 150mm, the thickness of the bridge plate should be 1.2mm, the thickness of the connecting plate of the bridge should be at least 1.2mm, and the minimum thickness of the cover plate of the bridge can be 1.0mm. 
The national standard of aluminum alloy cable tray 2019 stipulates that when the width of the bridge is greater than 800mm, the thickness of the side plate is 3.0mm, and the thickness of the bottom plate, cover plate and connecting plate should be 1.5mm. 
The thickness size deviation shall comply with the relevant specifications in GB/T 3880.3-2012.
