1. Cable tray low-voltage power cable is suitable for cable tray with cascade type, tray type and combined structure, while high-voltage power cable tray is suitable for cable tray with cascade type and tray type structure.

According to the standard of 2013 bridge, the width of tray and ladder is greater than 800mm. If it is made of steel, the thickness of bridge should be 2.2mm. If it is aluminum alloy, the thickness of bridge should be at least 2.5mm. If it is made of fiberglass, the minimum thickness of bridge should be 5.0mm.
4. When the cable tray is laid, the cable needs to branch or bend, and the bending radius of the bend and tee of the tray or ladder frame should be greater than the maximum bending radius of the laying cable, otherwise the installed bridge will damage the cable.
The wall bracket of trough cable tray is divided into two types: horizontal along the wall and vertical along the wall.
JY-TB102 bracket is selected for laying along the horizontal left and right side of the wall, and JY-TB105 bracket is selected for vertical laying along the wall.
5. When trapezoidal cable tray is laid horizontally with thermal pipes without thermal insulation, the parallel spacing shall be at least 1000mm, the minimum spacing for cross laying shall be 500mm, the minimum distance for cross laying between ladder cable tray and thermal pipes with thermal insulation measures shall be 300mm, and the distance for horizontal laying shall be at least 500mm.
