based oncable tray vendors  careful analysis of the problems that arise in cable laying in the electrical construction of large and medium-sized chemical engineering projects

With the rapid development of China's economy, new or expanded engineering projects are gradually developing on a large scale. The floor area of the factory and the capacity of electrical equipment have increased accordingly, resulting in the increase in the distance of the factory's power supply, the increase in cable selection and quantity. increase. This construction method is based oncable tray vendors  careful analysis of the problems that arise in cable laying in the electrical construction of large and medium-sized chemical engineering projects in recent years, constantly seeking solutions and summing up experience, and extracting a method for laying mechanical cables in aluminum alloy bridges. In actual work Good results were achieved. 1 Features of the construction method 1) High construction efficiency: The traveling speed of the cable is basically constant, and the construction progress can be accurately estimated and the construction can be reasonably organized; 2) Operation safety: Using this construction method, fewer workers participate in the construction, and they do not participate in the heavy manual labor of pulling the cable. , safety is improved; 3) economic benefits are good. There are fewer personnel during construction, low investment in construction machinery and tools, and they can be used repeatedly; 4) The cable length can be precisely controlled. 2 Scope of application 1) This construction method is mainly suitable for the laying of cables in long-distance, large-sized aluminum alloy bridges in factory areas; 2) This construction method can also be used for the laying of cables in ordinary cable trenches. 3. Principle of construction method: Mechanical traction, pulley drag reduction, and audio communication. The winch cable laying method uses the winch as the power, uses the steel wire rope to pull the cable, puts a special roller under the cable, and uses the steel wire rope to pull the cable to the destination. 4 Construction process flow and operating points 4.1 Process flow Formulate plans → debug equipment, install rollers → traction wire ropes → erection of cable drums → traction cables → organize cables. 1) Before laying cables, the construction plan, cable reel erection position, cable traction direction should be determined according to the construction environment, and the traction force and lateral pressure should be checked. Calculate the length of each cable according to the design and actual path, arrange each cable reasonably, and reduce cable joints; 2) The tractor should be installed and debugged in good condition, and the various rollers and guide devices should be installed and placed. Safety measures are complete; 3) Start the winch to loosen the rope, and the construction personnel will pull the wire rope head from the destination of cable laying to the cable drum. The wire rope must be placed on the roller of each bracket. Special personnel should be guarded at corners and other important parts; 4) The cable drum bracket should be placed securely, the strength and length of the steel shaft should match the weight and width of the cable drum, and the cable drum should have reliable braking measures; 5) The steel wire rope and After the cable head is fixed, two construction workers will follow the movement of the cable head. One of them will slightly lift the cable head with a hemp rope and be ready to adjust the angle of the cable head at any time to avoid hitting the bracket or other objects. Another person used a walkie-talkie to immediately contact the hoist operator and command the start and stop of the hoist. The personnel at the cable tray will slowly rotate the cable tray according to the cable laying speed so that the cables can be released from the cable tray at a uniform speed; 6) After the cables are in place, the cables are manually placed in the cable tray vendors in sections and arranged neatly; 7) The cable laying path should generally not exceed two 90° angles. When there are more than two 90° angles or the distance is too long, segmented traction can be used. 4.2 Technical points 1) When constructing aluminum alloy bridges, the laying method of large-size cables must be considered, and try to use less than 90° bends and gentler bends instead of fixed 90° elbows. The uprights of the bridge support should be installed on the side that does not prevent the cables from being put into the bridge. Try to leave a location for installing the roller in the future to reduce the subsequent workload; 2) Fixing the cable head. Cover the cable head with a steel mesh cover, and then fix it with the wire rope of the winch. If there is no net sleeve, you can use a two-ton nylon lifting strap to bind the end of the cable, and then the lifting strap is fixed on the wire rope of the winch. 3) Laying of straight-line cables: Generally, type A or type B rollers are selected according to the actual situation. The rollers should be placed at intervals of 2m to 5m, and should not be too far apart to avoid excessive sagging of the cable, causing sliding friction to damage the cable and increase traction resistance. If the number of cables to be laid is small and the width margin inside the bridge is large after laying, use A-type rollers to be placed directly flat in the bridge, with one end hooked on the bridge cross brace and the other end fixed with iron wire. If there are a large number of cables and there is no margin in the bridge after laying, the bracket rollers must be fixed on the outside of the bridge. The common method is to clamp the B-type roller on the I-beam commonly used in pipe racks, and then use your own M16 jackscrew to secure it. After the cable is pulled over, the cable is manually lifted from the roller and placed into the bridge; 4) Side bending. When the bridge has side bends, a special guide roller for side bending, that is, a C-type roller, must be used. Fix the C-type roller at the inflection point of the side bend; 5) 90° horizontal bend
The elbow part is critical in cable laying. For horizontal bending, C-type rollers should be used and fixed on the outer circle or inner circle of the bridge elbow according to the actual situation. If it is placed on the outer circle, consider the placement of the excess part of the cable after taking it out. If it is placed in the inner circle of the elbow of the bridge, it is necessary to consider how to compensate for the length of the cable that cannot be placed in the bridge due to insufficient length after taking out the cable. The C-type roller is generally installed as a semi-fixed type, and is tightened with a hand chain hoist of about 2t so that the cable can be quickly loosened and put into the bridge; 6) Vertical 90° elbow. Due to the large traction force and side pressure, inclined straight traction is generally used instead. That is, use channel steel and other materials to make an inclined bracket between the lowest point A and the highest point B of the aluminum alloy bridge, and install rollers on the bracket. The cable moves obliquely along the roller. This method can also be used to lay cables in areas with very large drops: first use a winch to pull the cable to a high location through an incline, and then lay it from top to bottom, which saves labor. 5 Safety measures 1) Set up springboards, handrails or safety ropes in places where bridge walking is dangerous; 2) Hold a special safety meeting before cable laying to explain precautions and unify terminology and passwords; 3) Hoist operators, cable heads Towing personnel, curve guards and construction personnel in other important places must be equipped with convenient communication tools such as walkie-talkies; 4) The hoist must be equipped with an adjustable torque protection device, and the torque protection value can be adjusted according to the allowable tension of the cable. Protect the safety of construction workers and cables. It is best to use a soft starter for the winch motor to enable smooth start; 5) The electrical equipment must have good performance and be equipped with a leakage protector; 6) Personnel working at heights must wear safety belts, and curve guards must stand on the outside of the curve. To prevent accidental damage to the curved bracket and personal injury; 7) Each roller bracket is firmly fixed. When using electric welding, be sure to prevent welding slag from igniting combustible materials or scalding people. 6 Benefit Analysis For example, generally laying four VV 3×240mm2, 500m long cables manually requires 300 man-days. Calculated based on 40 yuan per labor day, it takes 12
000 yuan. If the winch cable laying method is adopted, it only takes about 50 man-days, and the cost of electricity and other losses does not exceed 2
500 yuan. Each engineering project has cables ranging from several thousand meters to hundreds of thousands of meters. Calculated in this way, the economic benefits are cable tray vendors. Summary: This construction method provides a safe and efficient new way for the mechanized laying of cables in large-sized aluminum alloy bridges.
