1.when stainless steel bridge wiring is used indoors, the cable should not have an outer protective layer of jute or other flammable materials.
2.When the stainless steel bridge is installed horizontally, the suitable span should be selected according to the load curve, and the span is generally 1.5-3m.
When laying vertically, the distance between fixed points should not be more than 2m.
3.When stainless steel bridge cabling is used in corrosive or particularly wet places, corresponding protective measures should be taken according to the different corrosion media, and plastic sheathed cables should be selected.
4.When several groups of stainless steel bridges are installed in parallel at the same height, the maintenance and overhaul distance between the adjacent stainless steel bridges should be considered.
5.the cable can be laid without spacing on the stainless steel bridge, and the filling ratio of the cross section of the cable in the bridge: the power cable should not be more than 40%; the control cable should not be more than 50%.
6.the height of stainless steel bridge (tray) should not be less than 2.50m when installed horizontally, and metal cover should be added to the part below 1.80m when vertically installed, but it should be laid in electric special room (such as power distribution room, electrical shaft, technical layer, etc.).
7.Stainless steel bridge should not be installed above the corrosive gas pipeline and thermal pipeline and below the corrosive liquid pipeline, otherwise anti-corrosion and thermal insulation measures should be taken.
8. The following alloy cable tray with different voltages and different uses should not be laid on the same bridge:
(1)emergency lighting and other lighting cables.
(2)cables above lkV and below 1kV.
(3)two-way power supply cable that supplies power to the load in the same path.
(4)strong and weak power cables.
If it needs to be installed on the same floor bridge under the condition, the partition shall be applied.
9.When the stainless steel bridge is parallel or crossed with all kinds of pipes, its clear distance shall comply with the provisions of Table DQ4-1.
10.When stainless steel bridges pass through firewalls and fireproof floors, fire prevention measures should be taken.
Eleventh, the cable in the stainless steel bridge should be at the head, tail, turn and every 50m without serial number, type, start, stop and other marks.
12.The cables in the stainless steel bridge shall be fixed in the following parts.
When vertically laid, the upper end of the cable and every 1.50 to 2m.
When laying horizontally, the head and tail ends of the cable, turns and every 5m to 10m.
